1.1 This Web Site is intended only for consumers wishing to order Philips brand DA Accessories(“Accessories”) online for delivery in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China from CS (HK) Co. Ltd., with its registered office at Unit A2, 3/F, Yee Lim Ind. Bldg. Phase 1, 32-40 Kwai Ting Road, Kwai Chung, N.T. Hong Kong (“CSHK”).
1.2 CSHK does not accept orders for delivery outside Hong Kong. The terms and conditions under which the Accessories are offered for sale on this Web Site are set out below. By ticking the “I have read and agree” box on the order form and submitting the order, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. CSHK reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice. Such change however will have no effect on orders that were submitted before posting of such revised terms and conditions on this Web Site.
2. Placing Your Order
2.1 CSHK sells and ships the Accessories to end-user consumers (exclude commercial use) only. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order if we have reasonable grounds to believe the Accessories is not being purchased by you and for end-use.
2.2 CSHK reserves the right to reject any orders at our discretion for the reason of, but not limited to, technical issue and out of stocks.
2.3 To place an order, you must be 18 years of age or over, be accessible by telephone and have a valid email address.
CSHK will not accept orders placed in any way other than those listed above.
2.4 When you place your order, CSHK will issue you with an order confirmation and order number to your Email. Please note that such the order number is supplied for reference only and does not constitute our acceptance of your order.
2.5 By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Accessories you have selected on these terms and conditions. CSHK may or may not accept your offer at our discretion or may reduce the number of Accessories we accept to deliver. However, orders submitted by you are binding on you and cannot be cancelled after order submission.
2.6 If CSHK accepts your order, CSHK will notify you of our acceptance by issuing an order confirmation. CSHK will send your order confirmation to you by e-mail.The order confirmation will be effective as of the date on which the order confirmation is sent to you. If CSHK cannot accept your order, CSHK will attempt to contact you by email or telephone.
2.7 Please note that the on-screen display of the colours or designs of Accessories may differ from the actual appearance or size of Accessories offered on the WebSite.
3. Prices
3.1 All prices are in HKD ($).
3.2 Accessories transaction prices are as quoted on this website from time to time.We will do our best to ensure that commodity transaction prices are accurate at the time of publication. However, if the transaction price of the item you have ordered is incorrect, please refer to Section 3.4 below for the actions to betaken in this case.
3.3 Any confirmed order will no longer be affected by the Accessories transaction price updated from time to time.
3.4 If we find that Accessories is incorrectly priced on this website, you can choose to continue purchasing the item at the correct price or to cancel the order. We will not process the order until we have received your instructions.If we are unable to reach you through the contact information you provided during the order processing, the order will be deemed cancelled and you will be notified in writing. Please note that we are not required to provide you with the wrong (lower) price if the price is clearly mispriced and you should reasonably be able to believe that the price is mispriced.
4. Paying for Your Accessories
4.1 You may pay for your Accessories by the methods of payment displayed on the payment page of this Web Site.
4.2 You must pay in the currency as indicated on your invoice.
4.3 You must pay the full price when placing your order.
5. Delivery of Your Accessories
5.1 Charges may apply for our delivery service. We will provide the relevant details and reach an agreement with the consumer before completing any order.
5.2 We will only deliver according to the contact information and delivery address registered on the order.
5.3 Delivery service (applicable to orders delivered by SF Express to the specified delivery address)
a) Customers can request delivery according to the delivery scope provided by SF Express in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, not applicable to PO boxes or postal numbers.
b) Under normal circumstances, we will ship within 7 working days after the order is accepted, if there is a delay due to payment posting issues, the deliverydate will be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the arrangement of SF Express for the actual delivery date.
c) For tracking of waybill, please use the tracking system provided by SF Express, https://htm.sf-express.com/hk/en/dynamic_function/waybill/.
5.4 Delivery Service (Applicable to SF Express Pickup Station)
a) If the customer chooses to pick up the goods at the SF Express station, please refer to
https://www.sf-express.com/hk/tc/dynamic_function/S.F.Network/SF_store_address/, please select "S.F. Express Station Self Pickup" in the order address column and select the appropriate SF station.
b) Please enter a valid and correct mobile phone number in the order contact number field to receive a notification SMS containing pickup information from SF Express.
c) Under normal circumstances, we will ship the Accessories after the order is accepted, if there is a delay due to payment posting issues, the shipping date will be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the arrangement of SF Express and the notification SMS sent by SF Express for the actual date. After the goods arrive at the SF station, we will not be responsible for SF Express and subsequent arrangements and will not be responsible for it.
d) Customers need to pick up the shipment at the service point within 3 days after the notification SMS sent by SF Express is sent, and the overdue shipment will be collected by SF Express. Customers need to call the SF Express Customer Service Hotline (2730 0273) to reschedule the pickup.
e) If the customer does not pick up the goods within 5 working days after the goods arrive at the station, the company reserves the right to take back the goods. If a rescheduled delivery is required, the customer is responsible for all resulting costs.
f) When the customer picks up the package at the SF station, it is necessary to check the recipient's information before picking up the package.
g) For tracking of waybill, please use the tracking system provided by SF Express, https://htm.sf-express.com/hk/en/dynamic_function/waybill/.
5.5 The delivery will be declared complete when we have delivered the item to the SF Express Pickup Station you selected.
5.6 After delivery is complete, the merchandise will be your responsibility.
5.7 In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision and cannot be overturned.
6. Exchange and refund
6.1 Under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of Accessories or cancellation of orders.
6.2 You are requested to examine the goods immediately for any deficiencies and/or damages of their appearance and whether all accessories are included upon delivery or collection (as the case may be). If it is the case, please contact our customer service hotline at +852 2741 8160 within 7 days upon delivery.
6.3 If we have agreed you are entitled to an exchange but the Accessories to be exchanged are sold out, we will refund your payment.
Delivery note should be produced to us before Accessories exchange is accepted.
Packing should be returned together with the Accessories in good condition for exchange or refund.
The Accessories to be returned should not be damaged, scratched, defaced or contain any trace of water damage.
All gift items, if any, must be returned together with the returned Accessories.Otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
In exceptional case where agreed with you, we will refund the amount you paid for the order to your relevant payment account which you applied to settle the payment or other means as agreed with you. The refund process takes about 4-6 weeks.
7. Warranty
All Accessories sold do not carry any warranty period.
8. CSHK Liability
8.1 These terms and conditions set out the full extent of our obligations and liabilities in respect of the supply of the Accessories (and performance of telephone support and warranty services) and the performance of any Services.
8.3 Any warranty, condition or other term arising out of or in connection with the supply of Accessories and/or the provision of Services which might otherwise be implied into or incorporated in the contract by statute, common law, laws applicable in the country where you purchased the Accessories or Services or otherwise (including without limitation any implied term as to quality, fitness for purpose, reasonable care and skill) is hereby expressly excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. In particular, CSHK will not be responsible for ensuring that the Accessories are suitable for your purposes.
8.4 Nothing in the contract shall limit or exclude our liability (i) for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or (ii) for fraud or (iii) any breach of the obligations implied by applicable compulsory national laws as to title or (iv) any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8.5 SUBJECT TO CLAUSE 8.4 CSHK WILL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER THE CONTRACT FOR ANY LOSS OF INCOME, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF CONTRACTS, LOSS OF DATA OR FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND HOWSOEVER ARISING AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE. CSHK MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THE CONTRACT WHETHER IN TOR (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE SHALL IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAYABLE BY YOU TO CSHK IN RESPECT OF THE ACCESSORIES(S) AND/OR SERVICES IN QUESTION.
8.6 This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor your right to return the Accessories as per clause 6.

11. Circumstances Beyond CSHK Reasonable Control
11.1 CSHK will make every effort to perform CSHK’s obligations under the contract.However, CSHK cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to perform if such delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a delay, CSHK will perform our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.
12.Disagreements, Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1 CSHK will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way CSHK deals with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so under laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and before the competent court of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. The applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for International Sale of Goods is hereby explicitly excluded.
